Avoid Tracker like the plague!

I have been a Tracker client for close on 4 years. Their equipment now seems to be faulty (the same equipment that they made me understand I am not buying from them but renting from them) and they want to charge me to have it inspected and/or replaced. To make matters worse even though I have only requested a test report at the end of August they have known about the units failure since somewhere between July 2014 and January 2015 but have done nothing about it and have been *****ing my money since... insisting on an annual increase recently. I can tell them where they can put the R395 service call fee and they can shove their increase as well. As for the recovery of the unit still in my car they can come get it if they can find my vehicle... Absolutely useless tracking service provider that one cannot trust to have your back or find your vehicles... Rather go to Matrix - they are both cheaper and better.
