Towards the end of October we pulled the tracker unit out of the car as my battery had gone flat again for the 3rd time.
Tracker took THREE DAYS to realise that the unit was no longer functioning and for them to contact us.
My husband told the lady that called that since theywere not really tracking the car anyway - three days the car could have been in Zambia, and the unit was no longer in the car, that she should cancel the contract.

It was towards the end of the month, so we didn't object to the November debit order going through.
BUT I DO object to the December one going through as well.
We have since sold the car and the insurance managed to stop their debit order within 2 days.

My husband called the service centre a week ago and spoke to someone who says that, the original lady should have called us back to confirm that the contract should be cancelled. Didnt happen.
I followed it up with an email that got no response other than the automated email.
Everyone appears to be shrugging their shoulders, but I would like the December debit order refunded.
I should also ask for November, since I did not have coverage for then either.
And confirmation of no further charges
