Arguing more important than assisting

On 25 July 2016, I contacted the Tracker call centre to cancel my subscription since I'm selling my vehicle and moving abroad. From the get go, I made it clear that I'm aware that the last payment will be deducted on 1 September and that I'm happy with that. From there it went south and it was apparent that Mfana Mbingo didn't hear a word I was saying ... when I tried to stop him saying "please listen to me" a few times, he called me aggressive. I dropped the call since he was obviously trying to pick a fight and unwilling to process my request. Today, 1 August 2016, I phoned again and luckily got through to Kevin Greef who was curtious and sorted out my cancellation in minutes. He confirmed that Mfana didn't process my cancellation since I dropped the call .... well well well, no surprises there. Mfana, perhaps you should find another job where you don't have to deal with people - you don't listen, you're confrontational and your customer service is shocking. Well done to Kevin for getting it right!
