APPAULING SERVICE

Im so annoyed with your service . My tracking unit was installed on the 9th of may , i got a tracking certificate then Since the 9th of May Im getting calls from the consultants EVERY SINGLE DAY. They ask for if my tracker is installed ????? some ask for IR number . I have given this IR number so many times but they still calling . WHAT THE HELL??? This is my first time with you guys and I already REGRET IT . I wanna cancel and not going to pay any cent cos the service its just appauling. I CANT EVEN TRACK MY CAR COS I HAVENT RECEIVED EVEN A PASSOWRD FROM YOU . IS MY TRACKER EVEN WORKING ?????
