Appauled by Tracker Accounts Department

I do not like how tracker operates. I was with them in 2015 when I bought my veloster, and in 2017 around February I was behind with payments, I paid the required amount and cancelled the account with them. Then their debit orders stopped, recently maybe for the passesed 3months they tried to deduct from my account again and today I receive an sms saying prelegal department. They started again with sending me statements, why I have no business with them anymore, I don't know why would deduction stop then after some time start again, that is pure *****. I got a call from Tebogo Makgatho on 21/08/2018 when I responded to a statement they sent that I don't have an account with them, who didn't even know the name of my insurance company and mentioned the wrong name. She said that there was no deduction previously because my account was suspended, who reactivated it and decided that debit orders must go off??? I didn't suspend it in 2017 , I cancelled it I want them to stop taking money from people and terminate with immediate effect what they think they have with me.
