Appalling service from Tracker Connect
I have in constant contact with Tracker I spoke to some who is named Zikalele in Johannesburg
The people I deal with is Anele and his useless manager Dion
She tried to assist however to no avail the vehicle is stuck in 1 location in the app and it shows it has been disconnected from the main battery .
If the vehicle meets in a accident or gets hijacked and ****** is tracker going to accommodate for the loss of life's and damages ???? I don't think so
It is easy to sit behind a desk and dictate however being out in the field and going through this grief makes me very unhappy and uncomfortable knowing I have passengers lives at stake daily for tracker not to work
I want compensation for all the time I take calling in and making your company's *********** issues my issue for all the phone calls and time spent on your company
