Appaling

This is truly disturbing. Unit was installed last week Thursday, we have logged on to the TRACKER CONNECT, No car visible. We have pressed the panic button, no one has contacted us. When you call the call centre, you hold on till your airtime runs out What if something happens, how do we know if this unit is even installed or if the car will be tracked??
