Any excuse to bill the customer
I contacted Tracker the last week in September to confirm that I am cancelling my contract (which was already over the 36 months period) because I sold my car and don't have the car were the device is fitted in anymore.

The guy I spoke to confirmed that they require 30 day notice (even though Tracker will not be providing a service to me) and that they will deduct the debit order still for the month of October.

I have requested a confirmation email and up until today still waiting.

Yesterday, out of the blue I receive a message saying that Tracker has been trying to contact me (which is a lie!!!) due to my cancellation and informing me that they will STILL DEBIT MY ACCOUNT.

I HAVE GIVEN MY NOTICE AND OCTOBER IS THE LAST MONTH YOU ***** MONEY FROM ME!!

You are violating my rights according the the CPA act as well as the TCF regulations. There is nothing up for discussion and this retention technique is just upsetting and putting your customers at a disadvantage....!
