Its been months with no solution to this issue, I had a tracking device on the Polo the car was in an accident and it was a write off, i have made numerious calls to you, One of the consultants advised they will be getting the call recording for me and to date no one has ever gotten back to me and all you do is debit my account every month. Please sort out this matter as I dont feel its fare that I should be paying for a Tracker which is no longer in use
