Annoyed with Tracker

I had my car insured with tracker, my son had an accident with the car and it was a write off. Tracker continued debitting my account for a vehicle I dont have. According to tracker i was suppose to insure the device when they sold the device to me no one spoke about insurance. I'm still waiting for the call recording. Tracker then gave me an amount to R1046 to pay the arrears and R147,41 every month until March, the consutlant confirmed the account is settled. On the 1st April and the 20th April Tracker debited my account again, when i called the consultant refered to and active vehicle which active vehicle as the car was written off last year May.
