An asset to the company

I recently wrote a review here on Hellopeter regarding an incident that occurred recently. On the same day it was published, I received a phone call from Portia Mdwayi (sp). She assisted me to resolve the matter. Portia was very professional even when I was firing shots at her. She remained calm. She promised to investigate and get back to me that very same afternoon. She did just that (which I didnt expect at all). Throughout our interactions she maintained a professional demeanor and kept me informed as to what steps she would take and again updated me as to what had transpired and the outcome. Needless to say I am still a Tracker Connect client and thats only because of Portia. She is an asset to the company and I hope praise will be given where it is due. Thank you Portia and all the best in all your future endeavors.
