Almost lost my life due to tracker poor training

Devin a supervisor from tracker admits that they were receiving a signal from my hijacked vehicle and that wrong information was given to my family as to the whereabouts of my vehicle,due to a result of poor training of their staff.I was kidnapped for 2.5 hours and if the ********* never released me would i still be living today.Is poor training an excuse when a persons life matters.Even after i was released a call centre agent said they were receiving a signal from my vehicle in Parys.All their calls are recorded,so their is proof to the whole incident that unfolded.Not a single person has addressed the issue,an apology for training of staff is not good enough.I deserve to be compensated for my loss and ordeal.
