All I want is a tracker unit please !!

Last week I called Tracker to request a tracker unit fitted to my car. All the admin was finalised and they told me a installation technician would contact me to arrange a date and time. The following day I called Tracker again , holding for about ten minutes and then cut off, after about 20 minutes I phoned again and the same happened. <br> The next day phoned again, the consultant told me someone would call me, and the next day again<br> Today is the 26th of May and still nobody have contacted me .<br> I am beginning to doubt if I have to struggle like this just to get a tracker unit installed how on earth will I struggle if something happened to my car ?<br> Will see if maybe Netstar can give better service.<br>
