ALL 3 TRACKING DEVICES NOT WORKING CORRECTLY
HERE IS THE ATTACHED OF ALL THE COMUNICATION TO TRY GETTING THE FOLLOWING RESOLVED, THE TECNICIANS CAME OUT 2 TIMES BUT STILL THE SAME PROBLEM KEEP ON HAPPENING.
THE UNITS DON’T UPDATE HOURLY OR INSTANTLY, WHEN WE USE THE APP TO CHECK THE POSISIONS OF THE VEHICLES IT IS NOT CORECT AND WHEN WE PHONE THE CONTROLL ROOM THE POSISION THEY PICK UP IS ALSO NOT CORECT.
WE CAN’T PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT IS NOT WORKING CORECTLY.
WE CAN’T BE BOUND TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WORKING.
WE CAN’T PAY CANCELATION FEE OR 30DAY NOTICE FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WORKING.
THE INSURANCE REQUIRE A TRACKING DEVICE THAT IS WORKING AT ALL TIMES, SO WE ARE FORCED TO LOOK AT A DIFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER BECOUSE WE ARE STRUGELING WITH YOUR SERVICE FOR 3 MONTHS NOW AND STILL DON’T GET THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED.

Someone did repace all the units on all 3 our vehicle and again just working a few days and now not working any more...
Now I'm canceling everything and reversing all the debt orders possible because of no service whatsoever.
I'll update on my canceling experience because I refuse a cancelation fee or a month notice to cancel because I'm required by insurance to have working tracking installed.
This tracking is not working so there is nothing to charge me for.
I did ask the person handling this complaint to cancel as he promised if it's not working with new units, I can cancel with no charges or penalties.... if it doesn't resolve this issue.
