After six years with the car tracking company

After six years with the car tracking company.When my vehicle was ****** they failed to recover it.I realised that their tracking unit was not working when I asked for a report on my vehicle's movements on that day.Fortunate enough I had the very same unit on my other vehicle I have.I kindly asked them to give me it's location and they failed meaning the unit was also not working.They came with all sorts of excuses and ended up lying to us say they can spot the vehicle next to a river but couldn't give the co-ordinates.That was last year June and until to date my vehicle is gone without any report from them
