African Employee very disrespectful

I have been on the line for almost too long speaking and being hung up on by a gentlemen called Tebogo at the cartrack control room. I have never had such a disrespectful person handle a query. Such people not only make a bad name for the company but do not deserve to be anywhere close to serving paying customers. I hope this is dealt with accordingly
