Additional invoice for who knows what
I had a problem with my unit. Tracker replaced it after how many months of complaints and escilations. Now i get an invoive for who nows what. I take it it is for reports that they had to run to see why my unit is not working. Why must i pay for your reports on your side run to find out why the unot is not working. Please people think twice before you ever use tracker as your tracking company as they just want your money but will not give you a service.

19 Mar 2021, 13:53How rude can a person not be, this guy from Tracker called and is so rude on the phone, not even slightly interested to help and have an attitude of note. And now he post that the problem is solved after I have told him to get someone else to call me as I do not want to speak to a person who will interrupt me the whole time when I speak and gives me an attitude over the phone. Please give your staff training on how to handle a complaint as this is not the way. Just shows you they are not helpful and only wants to get the tickets closed. Till today this matter is not resolved to my knowledge.
Please people think twice before contacting this company to go in business with them as the staff is rude and unprofessional and un helpful.
