Accounts suspending my account without allocating my payment/Wrong billing for Towing services

<p>Today I received an sms from Tracker saying my account will be suspended due to non payment. I called and was asissted by Krystal who also couldnt see any payment and asked for the proof of payment. She then advised that I owe addidtional R400 for towing services.I then called the road side asisstance team who confirmed this, then called the company that towed me and they said the amount invoiced to Tracker was R866.40, I asked her to send me the invoice, she agreed. I later called as I didnt get the invoice and she advised that Tracker advised her not to send to me. (I have voice recording for this)I am aware I owe R199 for October,which Tracker cant suspend my account with them, Tracker please allocate the amount I paid and can we resolve te tow amount as it doesnt make sense.</p>
