tracker your accounts department need to go for further training never seen such incompetence especially Billing. Disappointed. You not debiting my accounts and taking my account to legal while I provided you with all the detail then failing to do your job, that affects me negatively my credit score is affected cause of people not doing what they are hired to do. I now wonder if I am in trouble will I be assisted I doubt it.
