ACCOUNT CANCELLED IN 2013/14 AND STILL DEBITING ME

<p>Good day, i have just looked at my bank statements today and were shocked to see that you have been debiting me since 2014?? i called into your calcentre, i am sure you have the recorder line and told you that i want to cancel my policy with you as i have sold my vehicle, you advised there are 3 payments left and i said i need to pay this then i can cancel, well those 3 payments were debited from my account and i am STILL to date paying for it, i would like a refund please as this is unacceptable service, i dont even own the car anymore since 2014 April?? i would like to get an urgent response please in writing on ********** as i am not available on my cellphone currently</p>
