Abuse of Power to their clients

I was involved in an accident on the 28th June 2018, whereby I was hit by a Truck behind on N1 road Pretoria at the curve just after passing Stormvoel off-ramp. The truck driver drove off and my car was spinning twice then hit the wall on my far right. I was taken to hospital because I sustained head and neck injuries. The insurer declared my vehicle written off because the damage was over R240 000 to fix it.

Now I informed Tracker that my vehicle has been written off on the 29th June 2018, No Tracker demands cancellation fee of R628.34 for the remaining months of July , August and September. I have informed them that I wont be able to continue paying the cover since I nor longer possess the vehicle.

But to my surprise I received a call today that Tracker has handed my account to the Debtors to collect the balance. To me that is unfair as I have not cancelled the account but the vehicle was written off.
