ABSOLUTELY USELESS *******

<p>We had a tracker fitted into my daughter's vehicle. The vehicle was written off in a MVA 15/08/2016. We contacted them to cancel the contract or to transfer the tracker to the new vehicle, which they would not do. They wanted to know where the vehicle was - why is there then a tracker in if they don't know where the vehicle was. They said we cannot cancel as the contract needs to finish. They wanted R800 for the finalisation of the contract - told them to continue with dt order. End March it was supposed to be finished - then they still wanted another R432.00. Debit orders continued until 15/06/2017. Now today they still want another R400.00 for the end of the contract. I am not paying them another cent. I want the contract cancelled IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! </p>
