Absolutely Disgusted – Hidden Fees and Lack of Transparency!

I am beyond furious with the way Tracker has handled my recent cancellation request. My car was written off this month, and when I contacted Tracker to cancel my contract, I was told I now have to pay R2600.00 to do so. Are you kidding me? No one, and I mean NO ONE, bothered to inform me about this ridiculous cancellation fee when I took out the product.

On top of that, I'm now being told that there was an optional add-on I could have taken to avoid this exact situation – but surprise, surprise, no one mentioned this either! How convenient for you. This kind of dishonest, sneaky practice is the exact reason people don’t trust companies like yours.

You are quick to take our money every month but hide the fine print until it benefits you. Absolutely disgusting. I want this matter escalated immediately and I demand a proper explanation – along with proof that this supposed cancellation fee and optional add-on were ever disclosed to me.

I expect a response without the usual robotic, rehe****d nonsense. Do the right thing and cancel the policy without charging me a cent – or this is going to the Ombudsman.
