Absolute disgrace of a tracker company.
An absolute disgrace of a tracker company. Very quick on sales and deducting money from bank account, but when required to give a service to a client, they are nowhere to be found. Been 2-months not attending to my unit in car, draining my battery of car, send me emails for date and time request and still awaiting since October.

26 Dec 2024, 23:14Yet another 3days passed by, without any so called promises from tracker. Taking the matter further than only reporting it now, unauthorized deductions from my account, but nowhere for client service. Empty promises as far as they go
