Absolute disgrace
One of Trackers employees with a tracker vehicle drove into my daughter 4 weeks ago and I am still battling to get anyone to assist me. According to the employee, she did phone tracker and their insurance company and they instructed for our vehicle to be towed away. Now I am sitting with accumulating storage fees and towing services that I cannot afford. My daughter is only 18 years old an only had her vehicle for 3 weeks. This is an absolute disgrace!!!
