Absolute ****!

My life partner lost her job in March and only received a retrenchment letter in June, after sending it to Tracker no reply, then all of a sudden messages that payment will be reduced and today a letter that the account will be suspended, after they were asked to come remove the tracking unit since it's not tracking ****!!! The battery was disconnected early in this year to which they called to notify and then message is sent 6 MONTHS later to say the car hasn't had activity in a while, what kind of service is that???,they're easy to sell themselves but extremely hard to get rid of and in a time like this there is more than enough stress to go around!!!
