A R595 surprise
Well my dismal customer service was eventually resolved... Well sort of. I have concluded that I will never demand customer service. It just costed me R595 for a call out, although my email communication clearly indicates I am in a warranty period. My piece od advice... If you receive an email stating a technician needs to be sent out because your unit is not performing optimally, beware. It's just another way for them to score more money out of you and they don't even Communicate it to you. Even worse if you want to cancel, it's going to cost you R1600 for a product that you don't want.
