A company that has totally let us down...heaven help us if there is an emergency

We went with Tracker hoping they could be reliable and professional. Not so. 1. We booked a problem with one of our 3 vehicles with the tracker, second call oh sorry it wasn't logged, third call sorry we get on to it, fourth call still no response 2. We loaded cameras on to this same vehicle and no information was or has since been given on how to use these cameras; this today I will get someone to call you today...guess what no call 3. I demanded that the top person contact me before close of buisness today....guess what !!
