Tracker schemed me. I received a call from one of their agents at the end of September 2024 who sold me a "good" product for car tracking. I informed the agent that I still have a month to month contract with the same company. We then agreed that my month to month contract will be cancelled and be replaced with a new 3 year contract. We then completed all the agreement on line. To my surprise Tracker called me few days later after they installed a new device on my car and told me that I am still liable for month to month contract come the end of October. I then informed them that the month to month contract was not cancelled with them but with an external agent. I asked a question to say if they don't recognise the agreement with "and external agent" how come they recognise the binding 3 year contract ? Why are they selective in which agreement they recognise? Why should it be my problem if I spoke with an "external agent"? These guys have ******* and come the end of this contract they will not see me or anyone that I know. The worst treatment by far. Robbing me of my money after they ******* me.
