unauthorised debit

<br> Am very unhappy with the way tracetec is controlling itself with my bank account I rented a device for my polo vivo in October and the subscription fee is supposed to be 139 per month, we agreed that the first month they will debit 208.50 which will be end of October then it will be 139 from there starting November, however it seems tracetrec is deducting money from my account every week money which I do not know why it's been debited. On the 3rd November 2015 they deducted 139,on the 26 November they deducted 208.50 then on the 30th they deducted 347.50 I really like an explanation why and get my money back .tryphina mthombeni. I called tracetrec send them my bank statement to prove the deductions but so far no feedback when I try to follow up they say they will get back to me but they have not done so I want an explanation and my money back into my account.if this is the way they treat their clients am really disappointed
