Tracetec *****ing from Consumers

I have reported to the accounts department at Tracetec that I have been billed R267 for my paid device`s monthly subscription which should be R89.00 per month but have yet to get any feedback from them. Looks like as a paying up to date client I have to beg Tracetec to sort out their system and to reimburse me my money that was ********LY debited from my account. Shock service! I should have gone with a different provider with integrity, customer service and that does not breach the clients trust. I expect an call from your offices. Disgusting...
