TRACETEC ***** ACCOUNT

I am very irritated by Tracetec , someone **********ly used my banking details for a car tracker. Tracetec has been deducting from my account for over 2 years now, I phoned the company to cancel the debit orders on my account because I'm not the rightful owner of the car tracker, which then they told me I will be liable for a cancellation fee. I explained that i wont pay for something I don't know, they should demand the money from the person who`s tracker is under his name. They then said i should go to the police station for an affidavit and then they will send it to their cancellations department. I sent an affidavit to a lady in the contact centre by the name of Sherry Buso. Initially when i sent her an affidavit my attachment was incorrect, i was not aware until i called her to find out if she got it, thats when she told me that there was no attachment there. I then emailed her the correct one, and when i asked how long it will take for me to receive my feedback, she did not respond to my email up until this day. Can Tracetec please remove my banking details from that person`s account and refund me all the money they have been deducting from my account because they did not get my consent??????
