How dare you deduct an atronomical amount of R609.00 from my account. I received an email on the 5th of May to say that my debit is R115.00! Who gives you the right to institute a debit order on my account for more than triple the amount! Do you think people just make allowances for that kind of extra cash for you greedy vultures on a month! I don't care about the delays in processing since I bought the vehicle or whatever other pathetic excuse you will make up. That is not my problem! I am returning this debit order and I want my policy canceled!

Thank you very much for brining this to our attention. Investigation was done on this matter. I see that the accounts department was notified not to back bill you however that Instruction was not followed and it is being handled on a management level. You should only have been billed the R115.00 Please note we are sincerely sorry for this, it is not how we conduct business and this will never happen again. I would like to offer a refund of the R609.00 and 1 month free subscription on top of that to make up for our unnecessary mistake that has caused you frustration?
