Trace online was collecting an amount 500 for Old mutual finance from my Capitec bank..for sometime they complained of not getting the money from my account.i went to a point of requesting proof of payment from capitec my bank.aparently the reference I used was not correct..Capitec sent me the proof that is all the incontacts that the money was paid to Trace online reference as my initials ,surname and I'd number.this is very old I even tried legal aid to get this refund with no avail. When I called them sent all the incontacts promising to attend.even these last few weeks I contacted them ,they are no responding.
