Toll gate operator refuses to cover his nose in the mist of pandemic

In the mist of the covid pandemic and new cases of covid increasing each and every day, I fail to understand why the toll gate operators are refusing to wear a mask properly as prescribed. I closed my window at the Diamond Hill plaza when I noticed that the operator did not cover his nose. I signalled and requested him to cover his nose. He refused. I pressed the hooter to get somebody's attention. No help at all. The other person in the toll booth - if you are a supervisor you are not worth the name. If you are a trainee you are learning from the incorrect example. What happened to social distancing there? My brother was a covid case and believe me this is no joke. This attitude towards the safety of road users are not appreciated at all.
