Pathetic customer support from the owner

So I decided to replace my rear tire of my bike at Trac Mac Plumstead branch hoping it will be a quick effortless change. Unfortunately this process of changing my rear tire then took one and a half hours as the thread was impacted apparently. After all the torquing and hitting that was done, eventually they changed my tire only to see the side of my swing-arm has been completed desecrated and scratched. After contacting the owner he stated that the damage his workers done to my swing-arm was not their fault as the thread was apparently impacted, this is utter BS that its my fault that his employees damaged my bike! I don't advise anyone to go through the same situation or go there at all.
