Unbelievable! Dishonest business!

I was also ****med!!!! Beware, Tra-Lua Solutions was Silk Consumables and is now FernChem. In mid October 2023 a sales lady phoned me with a 50% discount offer on their product, which was marketed as exclusive to the restaurant industry and specially developed. Food safe and everything! According to her, it was quite expensive but when diluted 250:1 is where the savings would really come in. So I ordered 2 x 25litre containers of disinfectant and degreaser at the astronomical price of R7230 after discount. Paid upfront by EFT and not long after at the end of October the chemicals were delivered. In January they phoned again informing me that there was still stock outstanding on order delivered and they will be sending the stock they owe me. Another 4 x 25litre of the chemicals arrived which I placed in stock and left unopened because it felt too good to be true. On 03 April 2024 a lady from Tra-Lua phoned and informed me they are now FernChem and that an amount of R16 200.00 (!!!!!!) was still outstanding. I told her I will not be paying as I did not order the other containers and they must come and collect. Only to be told that the original order was in introductory package to qualify for the 50% discount and if I am not taking the 4 containers, I still owe them the discount which is another R7400.00. When I told her I saw on HelloPeter that they keep changing their name and trying to catch/**** people, she rudely told me that they will be contacting their lawyers and suing me. I told her to go ahead as I am laying a complaint with the CGSO as well as laying a charge of ***** at the SAPS. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ****MERS!!!!!
