TRU- LUA SOLUTIONS

Good day i got a phone call in janaury 2022 from a sale person. i did felt sorry for her and purchase some chemicals from her. on 1 condition. that i will buy this and pay for it witch i did. and ill try it if it work i will buy again. but the engine cleaner does not work. it does not matter how you use it it is like water, and they are not CHEAP. as i said i made it very clear that i will phone it i like the chemicals. i never phoned again. because my interdiction chemicals does not work. they phone me earlier this week, they want to send me the other half of my order. and i still said it could not be wright as i got every thing. and i asked the ladie who much must i pay now, because i did not places any order. and she said your account is clean. so the box arrive with NO INVOICE. later i get an mail with the invoice i ow TRA- LUA SOLUTIOND NEARLY R3000.00 You sent They send me another box. one that i did not order. i only agree to try there chemicals. and yes they give me a discount on my first order, but that is because there chemicals are very Expensive, they refuse to come and collect the second boxs of chemicals that they drop off here at my place. and demand that it is in my hands i must pay. i dont want it. i never order it why must i pay for TRA-LUA SOLUTIOND products that are not working, and the almost R3000.00 that Tru - lua Solutiond said i must pay is for 2 x 5lt engine cleaner and 2 x 5lt some fresh cleaning product. i have asked them to come and collect. as i feel they are steeling from there "clients" day light *******. send you stuff that you never order and want to make you pay for it You sent what can i do. i have offerd to send back the box to TRU-LUA SOLUTIOND. and there response was i can send it back but i must still pay. they are running a business,i would say you are a bunch of *******. AND MAKE NO MISTAKE THEY ARE WRIGHT AND YOU MUST PAY FOR STUFF THAT YOU DID NOT ORDER. ******* You sent ***
