Sencit Resthaven never signed a contract or an agreement to purchase their cleaning products mid 2022. We agreed to receive a test sample before we purchase anything. Two big containers of 25 liters cleaning products were delivered, and we were forced to pay for it. We declined their discount voucher for future purpose. 2 December 2022 a badly maintained bakkie without Tra Lua logo on it delivered 2X25 liter containers of cleaning products. Unaware of the fact that we did not order it, a staff member received the products. We immediately phoned them to collect the products, but they refused. The products are still safely stored in a container on our premises and after asking the on numerous occasions to collect it, they refused. 16 January we received a notification that further action will be taken unless we pay the outstanding amount of R8589.17 in full within 3 days or legal steps will be taken. They continue to harass us to pay them. We never asked for the products and will gladly give it back. I read on Hello Peter that we are not the only people who are ****med by this company.
