We have also had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them. They use the exact same MO with all the companies. They are also the same company as Silk Solutions. Their physical address on their invoice is correct though, they are just well hidden. The address is a business park, their company is not listed on the intercom, please phone their landline number *** and ask the lady to open the gate for you. They are in BlockD- there is no company name/ any signage at their door. To everyone that has had this encounter- please report them to the authorities and check if there is any tax charged on your invoices- that can also be reported. Please don't just leave it at a review- they have been operating for many years, and will keep doing this to other people / companies if they are not stopped. Please list them on any platform you can so that other companies/ people do not get caught in taking their calls .
