********!!!!
I work in a hotel and received a call from Dean telling me that a lady who worked at the hotel previously had placed an order with them in 2020 and that the other half of the order needed to be sent to us. I told him that this lady in question no longer worked for us and I had no idea what he was talking about. I told him to send me an email so that I can have a look and see exactly what he is talking about and I would get back to him. He never sent the email. A delivery guy arrives this week, over a month after his call, with products from them. I called Tra-Lua and they put me through to the same guy who tells me that he spoke to me in June regarding these items to which I reminded him that I had asked him to send me an email so we can have a look and see what this was all about. He argued and argued trying to tell me that he called me, as if that was me agreeing that he could send us products that we had never ordered and didn't even know what they were. I told him I would not sign for the products and accept them and would be sending them back. He then tries to tell me that I can't send them back, as if he has the right to do that. I did not sign for or accept the products. These people are a bunch of ********, thinking that they can get away with sending people products that they didn't even order. They try and tell you that they just want to send you an introduction pack, but then like previous people have stated, they then send you an invoice for payment. They don't even have a proper website, so clearly not a legitimate business. ********!!!!!
