At about May/June 2022 I received a phone call from a lady from Tra-Lula Solutions Pty Ltd. The lady said that she is going to send us samples of their cleaning products to try it out and then we as Home Industry can decide IF we are interested in their cleaning products. On 29 June 2022 we received a box of 4 x 5 litres bottles, 2 each of Food disinfectant and 2 each of Multi H Food degreaser. We never received the samples and we NEVER ordererd anything from them. The total amount of the Invoice was R2 967.00. Just after the arrival of the boxes of cleaning stuff I received a phone call from them to tell me that if I pay the amount on the Invoice immediately, I will receive a 2,5% discount on the total amount and they will activate a Gift card which had a certain amount on it an then double the amount on the Gift card as well. With great shock they told me that the money on the gift card was a full R50!!!!

In November 2022 we received another 8 x 5 Litre bottles of **** that I never ordered. They threatened me with Attornys without any proof of order from our Company's side whatsoever. ONE BIG ****!!!!!!!!
