TR Shoe Repairs are *******!

<p>Beware of TR Shoe Repairs & Alterations!!! I handed in a leather handbag for a small repair. When going back, my bag was missing. They searched the shop, but had no desire to apologise or compensate me. It is the practice of the owner, Michael, to only take down your details for shoe repairs but not handbag repairs, so the shop has no way of contacting you and no way of knowing who each bag belongs to. No wonder my leather handbag worth over R3000 went "missing". I do not recommend TR Repairs. This a warning to all who have left their belongings for alterations or who are looking for a repair shop. I gave Randridge Mall management approximately a month to resolve this. Thank you Maggi and Margueriethe Sigg, management from Randridge Mall for your efforts but when our appointment was cancelled, I lost faith in your efforts to resolve this as well. Management was going to get back to me with a solution or some gesture of good faith. Nothing to date, which is truly disappointing. </p>
