*******!!!

I took two brand new pairs of long boots to TR Shoe repairs on 14 December 2021 to be altered, as well as an old pair of ankle boots with a broken heel, and a pair of slip-ons that needed new soles. I was told it would take some time to get elastic to match the leather colour of the tan long boots. I informed them that I was willing to wait and I proceeded to do so for the next SIX months and, every time I checked to see what the progress was, I was told they were still struggling to find the right elastic. They NEVER called me to inform me what was happening and I ALWAYS had to be the one to follow up. I went today to find out agai. What the progress was and was informed that they had been put away by now because of how long it had been, despite my monthly enquiries. Quite frankly these guys are absolute ******* and I am highly aggravated to say the least!!!!!!!!!
