Complaint: Undelivered Order and Refund Issue with TR Branding

Dear Hello Peter Team,

I am writing to report a complaint against TR Branding regarding an undelivered order and a refund issue. On December 20th, I made a deposit of R250.00 for a t-shirt, but the company failed to deliver the item.

Despite my efforts to communicate with TR Branding, they have been ignoring my messages and avoiding any form of communication. This is not my first experience with the company, as I had previously ordered from them without any issues. However, my second order was also problematic, as they sent the parcel via Bolt and promised to reimburse me for the shipping cost, but failed to do so.

I am seeking a full refund of R250.00, as I have not received the ordered item and have been disregarded by the company.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
