This company operate in the Overstrand region mainly, Gansbaai, Franskraal, Kleinbaai, Romansbaai etc.

This company is not what they initially portray, pse do not fall for empty promises! They will start the project, gets paid promptly (pop’s to proof) and then simply pack up and leave (without ANY prior notice and warning) with some BS story just to go elsewhere because finishing a home is time consuming and not where the money is made. As always the owner is left with the mess, the financial dilemma and finding someone good to take over the ‘problem’.

This company even came highly recommended from two sources (both these sources are now informed of the truth), the owner does not understand how to do any time planning, has no concept of the work his team can and can not perform in a day/week/month. They missed EVERY deadline, even the ones he set himself! The owner has no idea who pays the bills and that there is a client/contractor relationship of mutual respect.

The Western Cape is notorious for slack service and people taking chances, nothing new, this company is definitely ‘on top of their game’.
