Unfair blacklisted for open plot owner brought with own MONEY

They are not even a star worth! These nonsense company put people unfairly on the blacklist. Im so fuming . People buy plots in a complex with their hard earned sweat money now you blacklist them for sand and rocks. Theres not even a house on the plot. How can you let people pay monthly fees of 1000 when there is no house .only sand, bushes and dirty rocks.
