Tpn dispute

My Tpn report shows I'm below average, I was once late a few days for rent, so I said il pay it next week, so they *******ly cut of my lights, I immediately moved out without notice, my tpn is now showing I didn't pay rent for that month, I had the money to pay but didn't due to their ******* activity of cutting of my lights, this is now stopping me from getting a new place, they had my deposit in any case which they didn't hive
