Excellent staff and service

I would like to thank everyone at TPN , l was renting a flat under Urban Task Force and l was continuously over charged for water , l raised the issue with UTF but no one was willing to help .Then l gave immediate notice to vacate , l forfeited my deposit but UTF was quick to charge me 3 months rent after l have vacated and black list me on TPN without evening reaching out to me.I then called TPN and l spoke to Ernest Zondo and he advised me that l should lodge a dispute and they will investigate from their side✅ boom 20 days later my issue was resolved in my favour . Very impressed
