Discriminating and false assumptions

You provided me an F score .. which is laughable given the point of the TPN returns a TPN payments score itself of 100% and has a status of good standing. Your scoring seems to be solely based on a) one core credit card strike from years ago, b) and some questionable logic when copy pasting reports together from multiple (3) sources. When pulled individually, the scoring isn't even the same.

If that is not enough, you are also presumptuous .. A bit of an understatement but okay. In what dimension can you make a claim in your report that we will end up squatting, and we will default on our rental payments? I mean, lets take a look at the fact, presented by your own documentation here http://wiki.tpn.co.za/tpnhelp/creditreports/What_is_the_Credex_Score_203:

> applicant will not only default but will not vacate the property and will incur a minimum of 4 months in a row of non-payment.

That is what you, in your own capacity decided, based on absolutely NO truth and zero facts. If you take a closer look at your own report, you'll see we have never defaulted on our rental payments, or squatted anywhere, at any point, ever, in any lifetime or planet.

You either need to review your questionable algorithm, or perhaps try and add some human-touch to your work. You guys are a joke!
